Elegy Studio uses your account and optional profile context to provide private discovery, booking, and client-room access. The likely legal bases are your requested pre-contract service and account security; legal obligations can require longer retention. Unconverted discovery is kept for up to 24 months of inactivity. Data is stored in the EU where configured, visible to authorized Studio staff, and otherwise retained as described in our privacy notice.
